I've been drinking a mix of lemon and pink sea salt for years for hydration, and I remember how freaked out people would be knowing I added SALT to my water - lol! But now, LMNT and I have partnered to share their TASTY drink mix that I swear by on the daily(without the sugar!)

Meditation has  changed my life significantly, and I have Headspace to thank for that.  I have been using Headspace since 2014 to help manage my anxiety and stress.  I loved how they have made mindfulness and meditation so digestible, between their well-thought out programs and visuals.  

I've always loved having my eyelashes done, but I was tired of constantly setting up appointments. Now, I’m thrilled with how quick and easy it is to do them myself! It’s a game-changer!

I had one of the original bumpsuits when I was pregnant with Aluna, and I have loved how they evolved over the past few years with some really beautiful pieces for pregnancy that don’t sacrifice style.  I am also in love with their carrier: the Armadillo!  It is inspired by mid century furniture! Definitely my style!

My Favorite Baby Toys?
If I had only to pick only one thing besides the basic necessities for my baby/toddler, it would be a Lovevery Subscription!  As a "scrunchy" mom who is passionate about Montessori-style learning, Lovevery has it all.  Between their age-appropriate kits that include all the toys you need plus a guide to your child's development, and their book add-on, I am OBSESSED with everything they have.   We have been using all their toys (and ditching electronics, whenever possible) ever since Aluna was a baby, and we love re-using them for Osa and again for baby #3!

I love their weighted swaddles! They have been giving Osa an extra stretch of sleep during naps and night time! I wish they had one for adults lol

I spend a lot of time with recovery rituals, but they aren't just for recovery from workouts - but also mom life 😆. Besides the sauna and breath work, my Pranamat Eco has been a big part of my passive recovery routine.

I’ve been able to use a Willow in-bra wearable pump with both breastfeeding journeys. Being a busy, working mom of 2, I love my Willow Go for pumping on the go! The hospital grade suction allows me to still get a full pump in and the easy to clean parts doesn’t slow me down.

I've been using cloth diapers since Aluna was a newborn, and we have tried a bunch of different brands. Nora's Nursery has been our go-to because not only are the patterns super cute, but the pocket style has been easy to use with how great their bamboo liners are.

There are so many products out there for kids, it’s really hard to tell which ones work, which are clean, etc.  I’ve tried a ton of them, and Tubby Todd is on top of my list for the the kid’s sunscreen + eczema help.  I have loved the sunscreen stick for when they are small like Osa, plus their sunscreen chapstick for me.  Their All-Over Ointment has been one of the few things that helped Osa’s dry skin issues!  

I’ve rotated through a few prenatals, but always go back to Ritual because of its ingredients.  Plus,  it’s just two capsules and mine have a lemon essence so it’s way easier to take.  It’s also delayed-released so they’re designed to be more gentle on your stomach, and I don’t have to take it with food, which is good because I usually think about taking it when I’m not eating!
